Florida State University Panama City receives $100,000 donation

On Aug. 9, the City of Panama City donated $100,000 to Florida State University Panama City and $100,000 to Haney Technical College. 

“We are two different types of institutions, but we both have the same goal to have a more educated Northwest Florida,” said Irvin Clark, Associate Dean of Student and Strategic Initiatives at FSU Panama City.

The St. Joe Co. approves $50,000 grant for OLLI at FSU PC30A

The St. Joe Co. has approved a $50,000 grant for Florida State University Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) community program, OLLI at FSU PC30A.

On June 16, St. Joe Community Foundation Executive Director April Wilkes presented a check to the FSU Foundation at FSU Panama City for OLLI at FSU PC30A. The grant will be funded over a one-year period.

Innovations FCU sparks change through scholarships

Innovations Federal Credit Union is sparking change for FSU Panama City students. The credit union recently committed $32,500 for student scholarships. “Our corporate philosophy emphasizes giving back to the community because this community supports Innovations,” President and CEO David Southall said.
